In 2011, when RMMS celebrated its 20th anniversary, the Foundation launched a campaign to increase its endowment from $65,000 to $500,000 by the 25th anniversary of the school in June of 2016. The campaign slogan of ‘Strive for 25’ was chosen to capture the goal of growing the endowment to a point that it would generate $25,000 a year in income to be used to fund annual grants in perpetuity. The Foundation Board of Directors, prior BOD members and Endowment Committee members pledged over $130,000 to launch the campaign. Contributions have continued to be made by current and former parents and staff, alumni, the community and business supporters.
